We provide a buyback policy for all our products which is unmatched by our competitors, if you have our "certificate of Authenticity', you are eligible for the buyback policy. We offer a buyback at 50% of the final invoice amount after deducting taxes and return shipping cost and send a coupon on your email for the value of the buyback amount. 

we have the listed the following scenarios where we have the reserved the right to deny the buyback or lower the amount of buyback;

• Major parts of the jewellery are missing, any loss of gold-plating or finishing is acceptable in case of buyback.
• When we cannot find enough proof of ownership
• We receive a different product than what we had originally delivered.

Instruction for how to avail buyback

• Contact us at support@sirohiyajewellery.com with subject 'buyback' with attached copy of your certificate of Authenticity and a video of the existing condition of the product.
• We will review your request and schedule multiple pick up slots which you can select as per your convenience. 
• Once we have received the product and we have review the condition, if approved we will share a coupon of the final value of approved buyback amount to you email which you can use whenever and on whatever product you wish you buy.
