For availing this, please contact us on support@sirohiyajewellery.com, with subject 'buyback return' and attach a video of the existing condition of the product. We will review your request and schedule multiple pick up slots which you can select as per your convenience. Once the product has been received by us and reviewed. we will send a coupon for the value of the buyback amount.
In case of excessive damage or missing parts of product, we might have to review the buyback amount as per situation.
